REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 We, at mememe USA LLC, want you to feel confident buying from us, that’s why we offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from our warehouse. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of receipt in the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipped back in their original packaging.
• Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.
• For health reasons we ask that you wear panties when trying on garments that contain a crotch. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you. No Exceptions.

Typical processing time for refunds is 7-14 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit. Returned merchandise that doesn't meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees.

When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages with insurance. Lia International Corporation will not be responsible for any damage or lost items due to shipping.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Customers are responsible for all costs incurred in returning products to Lia International Corporation and accept all risk of loss for the product being returned.

If you decide to return your garment, the free shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
